Modern house to share in Dickson in AINSLIE, Australian Capital Territory for sale

Hello! I'm part of a group of 3 people in ours 20s (2 males, 1 female), who have recently been successful in applying for a nice home in Dickson. The home is modern, has heating and evaporative cooling and pretty big living areas so we'll have plenty of space to move around. It has an outdoor deck area and a modest backyard.
The home is currently tenanted, so we are moving in on the 7th of January, 2015. I have pulled some pictures of the place off the allhomes entry to put up here, however please note that any furniture displayed is the owner's and will be removed before we move in (I already have furniture, all common areas will be fully furnished). Unfortunately the garage is already full and off-street parking seems not possible, so this is probably better suited to people without a car.
The split rental price is $150 each, however due to factors such as parking, rooms and furnishing, we'd like to have a chat once we have moved in to make sure everyone feels the rent is split fairly.
