Who wants to live in Downer in a house with a fig tree? in AINSLIE, Australian Capital Territory for sale

One of our number is leaving us for work, so we're looking for someone to move into our well established sharehouse in Downer.
The house itself is fully furnished except for the bedroom, so you would only need to bring things to fill it. If you have additional furnishings, however, we can find room for them. The room itself has built in wardrobes and easily fits a queen sized bed and a desk.
We've got a big backyard with a fig tree and mint bushes, plenty of storage space in the garage, parking on the street or in the driveway, and living spaces separate from the bedrooms so nobody is disturbed if anyone is up late. There are also two bathrooms between the four of us.
We are well located in Downer close to public transport links, and a short drive or bike ride from Civic, ANU, and all Inner North facilities.
There are three of us staying on. Two students and a self employed small business operator. We're hoping to find someone who will fit well into the existing dynamic and plans to stay for a while. This place has been a sharehouse since 2010 and we have a good relationship with the landlord and property manager.
